Heirloom Tomato Salad With Mozzarella Cheese and Balsamic Reduction

How can I say no to these little cuties? I found them at the market last weekend.
Heirloom tomatoes can be found in a wide variety of colors, shapes, flavors and sizes.

Love the yellow color!

This one has to be twins. It is so large and pretty.

Topped the salad with fresh grated mozzarella cheese.

I infused the Balsamic reduction with some garlic cloves. It changes its taste for the good without the garlic taste. It is weird, but the really compliment each other.

You can blow your guest’s mind away with this simple salad: Colorful, tasty and eye-catching!

You can serve the reduction on top of the salad with the help of a squeeze bottle, or on the side of the plate like I did with a million dots.

Bon Appetit!
